  Music – a variety of choices here. I use the Apple Music service (I subscribe to that) rather than Spotify, Amazon, or others.
  
  TV – whole gamut of streaming services: iPlayer, ITVX (subscription – formerly Britbox), NowTV (subscription), Apple TV (subscription), etc.

  Members mentioned Shazam as a great little app to inform you what the music playing in the background is, that you can’t identify.

Hints & Tips

[12/12/24] Some of the Forums (or is that Fora) have been renamed to map onto Signal groups

[16/07/23] Creation of Apple pie (renamed Mac matters) and Android alert forums. Re-focus of Google gossip towards apps.

[15/01/23] Some of the Forums have been renamed, some Topics have been moved to be in new Forums under a Parent Forum, eg Hardware and Software. Hopefully this will make navigation, and finding a Topic easier, and also make it easier to find the right place to start a new Topic.

[28/04/20] It’s a good idea to provide Tags for your Topic, and also for your Replies – it helps you, and others, to find things.

[27/04/20] I like to check the Notifications box to get an email telling me when someone has replied to a Topic (or my Reply to a Topic) but you can’t reply to the email – you can only Reply in the Topic. It’s just a Notification.
